It's time to RSVP

Everyone on the class mailing list should have gotten a message from Hugh regarding the reunion on September 29 at Pappa Razi. If you plan on attending, please return the form and the check to me no later than September 3 so we can give the restaurant a head count.

If you are travelling from out of town and want to stay nearby, I listed a few local hotels on the left-hand navigation bar. If you are staying in the city and want to take the LIRR, your best bet would be to come in to Mineola -- the Carle Place station is closer, but very few trains stop there on the weekends. Train schedules are available here.

As I start getting RSVPs I will post a list of who's attending. Look forward to seeing everyone at Pappa Razi!

Saturday, March 31, 2007

On behalf of committee members Carol McDowell Shaheen, Nina Stritzler-Levine, and Hugh Rothbaum, welcome to the Wheatley Class of 1977 blog. We thought that this would be a good way to create an open forum for us to communicate the details of our 30th renuion, which will be held on Saturday, September 29 at Papa-Razzi in Westbury (the old Red Coach Grill).

If you have any questions or comments about the blog, you can email me to me by clicking my name from the left-hand frame. Or, if you want to comment to everyone, simply reply to this post by clicking "comment."

Looking forward to seeing all of you in September.
